There is definitely a need, I think everyone needs to look through what TPD is saying in response to why they asked for a $6m advance, they are saying it was for any future opps that may come up, I call bulls…. If they had done the deal then there wouldn’t have been and future oops for TPD to look at. The response from TPD that was posted on here the other day was just a bunch a jumble words without committing to not raise funds but also without saying they could/would raise funds.
the writing is on the wall and it’s clear as daylight, CR is on the way! Even with gas flowing this qtr TPD (and it won’t be) isn’t getting funds before 2024! . there really is no need for TPD to exist, we could get a good upside with combining in with STX and splitting of Mong, and save $8m a year in admin. It’s not like we are losing out here anywhere. I don’t get it, I’ve been in a lot of these and it’s more about people’s egos and jobs than it is about making more $$$ and moving forward.
