there really is no need for TPD to exist, we could get a good upside with combining in with STX and splitting of Mong, and save $8m a year in admin. It’s not like we are losing out here anywhere. I don’t get it, I’ve been in a lot of these and it’s more about people’s egos and jobs than it is about making more $$$ and moving forward.

I disagree but you are welcome to your opinion. FYI The SOA has some very significant expenditure attached to it that was not in budget. I am not particularly interested in debating the merit of a dead deal, waste of everyone's time. If STX, who are the roadblock, come back again, then it becomes relevant, right now it's not.
