What I think is of interest is the order of execution. We know Walyering is 1st. We can guess Ocean Hill is 4th. Which one is 2nd? Which one is 3rd? Or do second and third need to be done sequentially to appease a powerful JV partner?

The unanswered question, has STX got ambition and ability mixed up? By extension, does STX need the $30M+ from TPD's share of Walyering to put their GAS back on track. I hope Colby is cognisant that STX's posturing on deal 1 and 2 has delivered him supreme leverage should STX come knocking again for deal 3. JMO.

Anybody think that the plan to enter into the SOA had not already been hatched when STX made that announcement on 8th June 2023?
Anyone wonder why the inside information was shared with "angry major TPD shareholders" when deal one was initially rebuffed?
Anyone wonder why they were actually angry with that horrid offer?
Anyone wonder why Stuart said that STX was a chance of inclusion in the ASX 200 and would be bigger than BPT on 21st June 2023?
Anyone wonder why these threads are being flooded with proponents of the deal?
Anyone one wonder why TPD is being openly slagged in the media and on here?
