Think Gurvanates more likely than Condor or L7, STX could've given L7 away seeing as they didn't value it in the offer. Condor option was exercised pre-30/6/22 and according to the original announcement, a $350,000 payment is due to the vendor on transfer which is payable in scrip. According to the recent quarterly, conditions of the acquisition are yet to be met with vendor in discussions with DMIRS over the "offer" in relation to splitting out the blocks of interest to TPD. Let's see where it goes from here.
