I for one was not expecting such a monumental piece of engineering just to tap into the pipeline. I can now see how time over runs have happened dealing with 3rd parties. Yes, SN was too ambitious in his timelines and should have reined it in, but sometimes external parties keep BS you and u have to trust until trust breaks down. My Opinion Only. Ox
