That's a bit patronising I gotta say.

Maybe that's the attitude STX have had all along - which I don't believe will be successful.

If they need a majority of TPD shares to vote in favour and a majority of SH's to vote in favour, I think they r pushing shxt uphill.

There's 3 TPD shareholders in my house that will vote no, unless they make the offer more attractive.

BTW I am a STX SH from before the Cooper Basin days and have loaded up several times.

I don't believe it will end well if STX people like dxxkheads!!!
