Yes, but my read is because of the way TPD ran the process. Regardless of whether you think it was a good offer or not, shareholders should be deciding, especially given it's a revised bid. I wouldn't be surprised if Colby receives a few very stern calls from major holders today. Clearly big volume is coming out of the market. The market is telling you they dont like it.
