1. June release saying they are on track! 2. July release saying, oops we are aren’t and will keep you informed. 3. zero communication as to what is actually happening. 4. If they didn’t know that a PL take a long time then they are severely out of their depth!
they are incompetent at best, deliberately deceptive is probably closer to it…
approval from the Gov to transport gas could take months!!
