Fair question. My sentiment of "buy" is based on the SOA failing. I think TPD's prospects as a stand alone are really strong.
There are some moving parts yet to be locked down under the SOA like the future of Gurvantes and what the repercussions of STX missing Walyering deadline of 30/9/23 will be, hopefully not too severe. If they are not good outcomes, could be hold or worst case sell.
