    Hi all. I'm a newbie for this kind of thing. Can someone clarify what will happen to small holders if this goes through?

    Does each holder get .42 Wynn shares for each CWN share held, plus 50% cash?

    Sorry if its a stupid question, just cant wrap my head around what this means
