Just received the bidders statement and takeover offer form, how long will it take before ferovial make a higher offer I wonder....

Given they were supposedly chatting with the top 15 stockholders recently regarding the takeover offer, I wonder what the outcome of those discussions was.

I seriously doubt Alan Gray would accept $1.35 per share as they indicated 12 mths ago $2.50 would be the more acceptable range back then.

What's everyone on here position on the offer?

I'm not intending to accept the current offer price. hmm closing date is 7pm 8th Feb, I wonder depending on the return rate of acceptance forms I'd imagine ferovial will assess their price if they are more than likely not to make the 50.1% acceptance rate.
