I think you answered that yourself with your post hH, you do make a good point here and it's about AVB and not posters. I too think they ended up in a bad place, in the corporate accountability stakes they must take responsibility for that, did they have a plan B, well my little play on words a while back was a little tongue in cheeks, but not far from what I did consider a sort of plan B. Having said that, I was not privy to the BV talks, they may have genuinely thought it would go through down to bitter end, even then you could say they did have a plan B? if a rushed one.
The BV deal has been on the for over 12 months and it did not get up, are they going to find another bank in short time to enable works this year? you must agree that is unlikely. You are entitled to the view that they dawdled on the bank funding or did not see the problem quick enough and in honesty I can't argue against it because I don't know. I do know that earlier this year I thought my money here had a much longer job to do and when that equity deal surfaced I was much relieved.
p.s. when we all have time I can explain more about why we like to socialise in familiarity, be it your favourite coffee shop or stock forum, it is all about our human tribal characteristics and in fact is vital to our survival as a species, how boring will that be
