So less than 2 trading weeks from current price to 3.8c? that is only 10% away from 4.2c strike!

NOT sure where you got the 100M valuation needed for option conversion....

1.5Billion shares * .042c = $65M add the $21M that the company will be getting in CA$H - still not $100M market cap! (not that $100Mill is that much anymore anyway!)

I think it was a great level to set the strike price- otherwise they really would not be getting anything meaningful when silver price goes for a new high and conversion DOES happen!
