Hi All, I am new on the entitlement stuff and need your valuable guidance on entitlement offer. I had purchased SOM via Super Hero on 10/04 hoping I'll be eligible before 11/04. However today I am told by Superhero customer support that I am not eligible because my securities are settled after 2 Business days....Is it expected?
Apologies for my ignorance and thanks for helping out, learning quite a lot from this forums and investment gurus here.
