Guess it depends on your financial situation and where you think the company is going. I personally only have a small holding, 250000 shares and 700000 options. so for me to participate in this first offer it is $166.67 but i get another 83334 shares and 41667 options.
The if the RR1O offer gets approved I can swap my options for new ones for $140 and get another 3 years to sweat it out.
But if your talking a big holding and your already down a lot then it might be hard to stump up the extra cash, especially if you don't hold a lot of hope for the future share price.
FYI i have just paid my $166.67. not financial advice, just what i have/am doing..
