Hi Ray Allen,PO didn't mention a CR at any stage of the presentation.

I admit,I am naive when it comes to my knowledge of what is a legal requirement.

All I am saying,a genuine person speaking to investors at a presentation would ,IMO,be transparent about the needs of the company.

Something along the lines of;

"Although we are receiving lots of interest from corporates and it looks like we have negotiated a deal we will need to raise money in the near future"

A statement such as that is what I call honest and genuine.

It didn't happen like that!
