Sometimes you just need to admit when u are wrong, show me serious cash flow and I'll be a believer, other then that nothing will move the share price other then a pump and dump.

Annoucements count for nothing if a money value isn't attached, ISN can become partners with who ever will let them but end of day it's the revenue generated that will move the share price not over hyped annoucements.
