Share holders could get organised and drum up support to vote against adoption of the renumeration report, you will need 25% of the votes to give the board a first strike. Below is the results of last years AGM not many shareholders voted against the resolution, in fact not many shareholders voted as the company has 6.5 billion shares on issue.

Step 2. Send an email out to all shareholders (that communicate by email) asking for support to give the board a kick in the ass.
