Maybe the timing of the CR is a disadvantage as well. Sharemarkets are not doing well at the moment - and there was a bit of a meltdown overnight in global markets.
Inflation is on the rise in the US and the latest US tariffs are seen as very bad for future inflation (US cars will cost $3-6k more after the latest tariff moves).
Investors could be looking at safer options than a small biotech company under stress.
