A paid service like C14 and continuous phone calls from the paid agents to reach and convince the SHs for participating in the rights issue suggest MM is good at outsourcing while not getting replaced or not getting underpaid or not getting terminated. ASIC and ASX could milk MM and BoD a few hundred thousands for creating drama with paid services like CROs, C14, .... Letters to the SHs with good progress, fully funded, CR not needed, $500K is not a huge amount given the BIT MC, comign weeks, C14, ..... all were tied together to squiz the poor BIT SHs. If regulators' oversights were in place, MM and PN et al. would fund the commercialization by selling their first home and/or investment properties.
What were the roles and contributions of CMO, SL, SAB, R Murphy, .....to ensure commercial tangible outcome?
