Both Quantum and Paragon shares have gone up over 10 % since the proposed merger was announced. Considering that Mr Walstab and Mr Townsend hold the vast majority of shares this should be a done deal. I'm quite excited by the future of this combined entity. This stock should be a winner in 2022. Good luck to fellow shareholders.
