It's 75% in favour of those present and voting, not the whole register, so it depends on turnout. I wouldn't assume Odey are an automatic "NO" either, they were recent sellers at 48c and presumably would be at 50c as well. Their purchases through terms were prior to the release of the scoping study and their actions since suggests minimal expectations of extracting a higher price.
No other substantial shareholders to speak of and there's been high turnover of the register since the deal was announced (~75%) factoring in arb funds. Should be a pretty straightforward win for TLEA in my books.
