    Billy boy likes semantics .... Same day he pitched the "bid" for ESS holders to pay 3.46 a share for DVP DVP sold off millions of DVP shares at 3.20.

    Watch what they do not what they say was the lesson .... Put me off wanting to be part of DVP due to it being a BS spin mob
