I voted Yes also - I have no faith in the ESS board now - though I am not all that interested in DVP.

Fortunately I sold out 2/3 of my ESS holding for 56/57c but held on to the remaining shares as at the time I thought there was some hope of an improved offer - unfortunately that was not meant to be and all we have at the moment is DVP which I expect to proceed.

i have a sell in at 49c - I'm not optimistic of a sale but if they go I will be content if not I'll most likely end up with DVP and re-evaluate though my intention at this stage would not to be a long term holder of DVP.
