Bear in mind that this will be tax free to a couple of hundred million dollars as DVP has a lot of tax losses and will acquire over a hundred million dollars from ESS. Also, anyone who has done anything, knows that there is a considerable learning curve in setting up a new enterprise and there should be a considerable improvement in returns as everybody settles in. After a lifetime in hard money contracting, this looks very encouraging to me.
