    To funny .... The issue is DVP have been BS spinners from the first day.

    ESS holders to pay 3.46 per new DVP share but everyone else 3.20 per share on the same day.

    I did note Billy didn't make a statement about what he thinks DVP value is or offer his own IE's valuation in the vid you put up.
