    How many DVP holders are still DVP holders.

    Believing in a certain deal wouldn't you sell all DVP and buy ESS at an easy 10% discount ?

    I don't think the DVP holder are so sure this deal will go through otherwise they would be buying ESS and the ESS SP would be higher.
