Ever heard of shorters drying up, do some research on the shorts. I suggest stop looking at ST charts and check the SP over the last 12 months. Our SP won't fluctuate based on a no vote. ESS SP on the other hand - instant decline if it's a no. So do as you please, some of, if not all of us couldn't care less about this deal when there are others in the works. It's a shame you got some air head shareholders in ESS that can't resist posting in other threads.
