DVP doesn't interest me as I see better opportunities for my $ elsewhere

i have been a long term holder with an average under 10c - sold out 2/3 of my holding at 56/57c but held onto 1/3 on the possibility at the time a further offer might get the SP up into 60c territory.

i do think ESS is intrinsically worth more than the DVP offer but the market at the moment doesn't agree and it looks like the DVP offer will get up.

I'm fully out now at 49c so a successful investment overall for me.
