Here is the takeover premium, the ratio leading up to the SOA approx. 0.4000 but 0.4828 on offer (solid line) so a 20% ratio increase.
The question is what would the ratio be beyond December after an 'against' vote. Will it go back to the 0.4 ratio or not.
Yes = Vote for. No = Vote against.
That's the way I look at it anyway.
