The 23c was on offer for a day...and pretty early on (about a month ago) and I'm not sure how many actually traded at that price. You made no comment that the 23c, if you could get it, was essentially the same figure offered by stx (plus tmk), albeit cash, which is a point of difference. Maybe selling had tax implications, or they wanted to see the IER, or they elected to wait and see what transpired on the long road to SOA completion.
You do a lot of complaining about people that are complaining there is no TO premium. Unlike you, some aren't convinced of stx's merits. Surely that's their prerogative.
