@Bearwolf I believe the takeover is still in play. Now that the scheme booklet has been released, it may still proceed—though possibly NOT with a different company involved. Just with some minor tweaks to the original takeover conditions. I will stop typing here now and wait for the compnay announcement. Still no news out there in the webbbb!!!!
