Collins Street currently holds 8,333,33 shares and are underwriting the share purchase plan to $1M
this means Collins Street only needs to purchase 895,741 shares or $147,798 of shares to be a substantial holder again
all depends on who subscribes to the SPP
personally, i won't be subscribing because I have already purchased enough shares for myself on market
after this capital raising, there will be 184,581,470 listed...
