in a way, being under 9c ensure we take less dillution.. there are positives in everything.
Do we really need this extra 14m at 9c? I rather wait for BFS and why PEK didnt go for less is disappointing.
Taking out the funding question also drives value, so after this overhang is removed we are then sitting on minimum 20m cash for a 163m company with a 1b + project.
Alot of value in that equation
Also we have options being converted giving extra cash
Finally who are our new shareholders? I am yet to see how the registry changed and who has come in. Whoever it was stayed under 5% - on purpose?
