the whole clause they dropped in there saying if more than 10% dissent, they may pull out is surely a joke. the bluff will be called.
do they expect minorities to just think ok if thats the case we will just accept that ridiculous offer? there will be at least 25% dissenting just in the minority group.
how they think we would accept/be happy with the same price menorah got for their shares with no premium is comical, especially when they continue to look the other way of chasing up the issues of the past which have impacted shareholders eg the Landau court situation and the tubatse farms lost
am interested to see if they indeed walk away from the amalgamation as claimed once they see a resounding no vote to accept from minorities
