    I think 5c is a fair price before we hear what's next for GRV. They are going to have $3.1M in cash with exposure to $1M in cashs of FLO.

    5c will give them a market cap of approx $10M.

    Some interesting shale assets and of course the BIG one... Biddle and Co..
