Kar are not disputing that they have not met their third period commitment, only the value of the compensation,( IF ANY).......offers have come from both sides but no agreement, hence the lawyer inspired laughable headline, especially when Pitkin have already made an offer of settlement....How could a judge award any more when they have already set a price?
Karoon third period commitment was for two wells.
I predict this will go away fairly quickly.
