looking back at the company reports Z-38 was placed in Force Majeure pre drill late 2013. Once the Force Majeure is lifted it had 22 months for the 3rd period term
Force Majeure appeared to not have been lifted for some time
Jan 2018 KAR farms out 35% of their 75% to Tullow
First Qtr of 2020 first drill finds no oil. Six month extension granted up to Dec 2020.
That's as far as i got, need read the news releases of mid 2020 and 2021.
Pitkin appears to be opportunistic imo.
