On the upside, the ANN re the dispute notice does say that BAU views the current situation as an exceptional opportunity. While this statement was made in relation to the Felicitas BFS, I think it should apply to advancing Fortuna as well.
So, regardless of how much Yankuang are dragging their feet with Felicitas, I hope that BAU will do whatever they can to go full steam ahead with the 100% BAU owned Fortuna. Fingers crossed.
