OEL and the other partners would be still trying for an October drill. For OEL to be owed $360,000 in interest under the terms of the joint venture agrement SWE must have convinced OEL finance was coming and the debt would be sorted,the finance must have fallen thru. Its looks as tho SWE put all their eggs in one basket. They knew they were in trouble months ago and it seems crazy they didnt (or couldnt) sell down some of Kito or 12B as a contingency plan to at least get thru to Kito or even attempt a $2M -$3M CR or Placement etc.
