Exactly as I expected this to play out, the JV has a comprehensive agreement document which has to be followed to the letter. An independent expert determination is in black and white as a method to bring disputes that cannot be accommodated by the players to a resolution.
The document has been approved and signed by both COB and BPL, no one should really find an issue with this method, if so you don't sign on the dotted line in the first place.
We will know more in a couple of months.
