Thanks Sam for a reasonable response. I can see how your logic in your theory.
If this is the case no doubt WPG will be able to produce emails to and from Pybar detailing such concerns and this impending litigation will be settled quickly. If it does go to litigation after the resolution process i would assume that WPG managment either failed ro document issues properly or its a story. It would make no sense not to lay such emails on the table as Pybar would also have them if they exist. After all why spend money on litigation if it could be avoided.
If it settles you could be right. If it does go to litigation it will paint a very dim view as to managemenrs documentation thier contractors.
