I have already said I expect AVZ to win " All" their court cases including the one against the DRC at the ICSID but that judgement is years off and it remains to be seen if they would actually pay up $$$ there are more pressing issues like running out of cash.
Locke funding decision in two weeks - delisting looming in May plus material uncertainty concern from the auditor.
