    Please direct to me to an example of when and how the ICSID has "enforced" a pay out ruling against a corrupt African regime ?

    Yes I understand assets can be seized and world bank funding "may" be removed -
    but how exactly does this process work in the real world to see what holders expect to be billions of $$$ actually land in the AVZ bank account ?
