the DRC is about to jeopardies its standing with the World Bank over it. so they really don't.
china don't, because they want to start mining.
the hard part is finding that middle ground to move forward and save face. these court cases really only prove up our rights and give us what little standing we have. The DRC has been caught out here, it's a very bad look going forward. especially after Felix spent all last year traveling the world saying they want investors. so it's important they come out of this looking ok.
