Let's get this ICC verdict (imminently) and wait for the ICSID interim orders to be enforced.
Disappointing to read in DRC press that the cabinet announcements are being pushed back several more weeks towards the end of April. Absolutely hopeless. Nothing ever gets done, it's no wonder the place is one of the most impoverished places on the planet.
