the DRC as a whole. aren't happy. they still live like a 3rd world country with first-class resources. It's bad government. you know it, I know it. everyone knows it.

but, I know it's not going to change. hence why I hope we come to an arrangement and the DRC ministers and China can keep jerking each other off for as long as they please, we will even chuck in a free nut rag for them to share on the way out. with the wording "I invested in the DRC, and all I got was this sh*tty jizz rag"
