Although you know the meeting might be at Tatts T’ba now, not the Rusty Nail in Ippy.

Maybe if everyone could just get to Picnic Point (not the rotunda, there is a good Restaurant/cafe & function centre in iconic location ) , or Gips , else the Burke & Wills would work.
(This is a step up from the marquee out behind Walton Stores, although it could be perfectly fine in summer, just not best for the scientific meeting presentation, by Mason etal now? — from my brief research one day last year )

Worth the efforts I think, understanding probably not the most central location for all RAC holders.
