5 mil over 2 years! Would have been happier to see more around 20 mil for 3 years, how ever I do feel this is conservative. This would only equate to less than half a percent of the conservative 600 mil estimated annual revenue and would need 239 more of these contracts to hit the target.
This is only a drop in the ocean but still a positive one. IMO 239 more contracts is more than achievable with all the services they will be able to provide and of course you would expect to see much larger deals than this one in the future, so I believe this is a good spec buy and hold.
Cant see this announcement having much if any impact on the sp as we are in a slight up trend already. Let’s hope for funding confirmation in before Xmas then this should get exciting.
