For the record (in case anyone wants facts), here is TCL's DRP activity over the past three years. See the "not good" DRP take-up? Neither do I.
TCL has low DRP take-up, even when its sp has been bargain basement. Possibly because TCL has a high percentage of insto and sophisticated holders who prefer to buy/sell on their own timing, not the DRP schedule.
I took a few minutes to create this table because the finance industry has enough problems with unethical conduct, and the nonsense I read from short sellers on HC further contributes to that sad state of affairs.
Note to HotCopper team: Long overdue to add "Short seller" to the "disclosure" menu.
